I couldn’t be happier with Attic Advisors! They removed my old insulation, vacuumed everything thoroughly, and expertly sealed all the holes. Marcus and Aaron were absolutely amazing—professional, efficient, and friendly. Dom, I can’t thank you enough for coordinating everything so seamlessly and your attention to detail is spot on. The team went above and beyond, and my attic has never looked better. Highly recommend! Phase 1 done. Phase 2 is putting back R38 rolled once new roof is on.
We hired the company to clean out the attic, clean and sanitize after rat infestation and lay new insulation. At the beginning, very responsive and communicate, and they get the work done on a timely basis. I should have checked their work along the way because not all the spots were addressed where rats were getting in because 15 months later they are back. Double check all of their work, ask for pictures, this company cannot be trusted. Attic advisor did the attic insulation in my house in August of 2023. We were looking to replace the insulation because the bedrooms in our house would get very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. Upon initial inspection all looked good and we felt a noticeable difference in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. They were responsive and provided clear explanations. Overall, they did an outstanding job. Insulation has greatly reduced my home's cooling and heating problems. It was great. They are highly recommended.
