I found this local spot through a Google search and stopped in first thing in the morning to get a tire patched. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and my vehicle was looked after right away. I was also advised that the tire size currently on my vehicle was incorrect. They explained what the correct size should be and provided additional information about my tires. As an update to my review, I received a call from a live person at Attersley within 24 hours and they quickly resolved the AI issue and got me booked in for my tire change. I appreciate the service from their service centre as always. I do however hope that they will take into consideration my original comment about AI and instead continue to use real people to assist customers in the future! Have been going to them for a few years, they go above and beyond and do a great job! I had damage done to my tire same day service full replacement and installed. Great communication as well. Zach great to deal with
I rarely have a negative review to write, but I just wasted 5 minutes of my life with an AI assistant to try to schedule a simple appointment to have my tires changed. The AI assistant still was unable to book an appointment that in my previous experience would have taken about 30 seconds. I have been using Attersley Tire for almost 10 years and have always had excellent service. Gary was always on top of everything, friendly and quick. Please bring back real people to provide your customer service and appointment booking!
Had an emergency tire repair in the morning and came by here. Zach helped me out immediately and had me on my way in no time. Appreciate the quick fix!
