Russ is an incredibly personable fellow, but I sure wish I'd read the reviews before hiring him to work on my house. He took my money then ghosted before the job was done. During the course of the project he and his brother actually damaged other stuff around my home that has cost money to fix and the work he did complete is pretty rough. Even sent me an invoice two months after disappearing. First of all the job was supposed to be done by late August. It’s now October and still not finished. He submitted a low bid, but the estimate did not included everything we wanted done. Russ assured us it would be done, because he “factored it into the bid”. Fast forward to September, a month after he was supposed to be finished already, he’s asking for more money.
