Called the phone number, guy immediately picks up and says "I cant talk to you I'm with a customer". I was inquiring about the quote I needed for a project which i emailed about the other day, which they never responded too. The guy promptly told me "they don't quote people" and hung up the phone. Pretty terrible customer service.
