The moving process was very easy. The office staff was very helpful with the process and the community it very clean and quiet.
The reason why Greystar was involved in an FTC lawsuit is because of issues such as these. I have been attempting to get the administration fee that is owed back to me from them for over a month. They either do not respond to emails or place you on a long hold while the manager is conveniently unavailable each time to handle it. I have requested this refund over five times to no avail. However, they responded very quickly when it was time to input my application.
Absolutely amazed at how great these apartments are . From clean and nice rooms to several different things to do. Me personally I love the gym and pool area . Another amazing thing is the staff there. Hannah helped us with everything and made sure we were taken care of the entire time . Absolutely 10/10 experience
I took a tour with them and they were super nice, all three of the staff members in the office were super friendly and helpful. They had amazing knowledge of the apartments as well as a surrounding area. They seem to host a lot of events for their residence, they went into detail about it. I love the upstairs room that I can rent out, I think I’m going to enjoy it here!
Hannah, Lane, and Tori are all amazing very helpful! everything I need they help 24/7!!
