Absolutely disgraceful customer service. From the moment I walked into this practice I felt uncomfortable and like the patient was not their top priority. Kristen was extremely cold and rude towards me which made me question her experience and professionalism. I ended up walking out of my appointment because I felt so uncomfortable. Do not recommend this practice.
