Terrible wait times and zero communication.I was told 15mins wait.45 mins later and nothing.Nobody said anything to me.I just had to leave and nobody even acknowledged me when I 1st walked in.Felt like I was bothering them.1000% would not recommend
My nails are all different shapes but the paint job was good. I asked to keep them short but the woman didn't understand English and kept filing away. I wish I knew her name but I don't. My daughter had a fantastic manicure so it must've been the manicurist.
I've been coming here for a few years now, and I get compliments on my nails all the time! The dip/gel easily gets me 4 weeks without chipping or lifting, I've even stretched it 5-6 weeks before the length bothers me too much. I come in with a picture, and Tu never has a problem reproducing exactly what I'm looking for. Often, he'll even have a suggestion on how to improve the design! Highly recommend :)
1st timer. Experience was meh. I felt rushed. Almost every single nail was a different shape, cuticles were barely touched, and my nail color is fading which I can't explain. Not going back 😞
