First I would like to say I have always loved coming to attaché and this is nothing but constructive criticism and not to attack the business or owner in anyway. My appt was for 11:30 for a pedicure, I was taken exactly at 11:30 which is great. When I sat down and put my feet in the water the nail tech immediately started doing my toes. I didn’t soak at all. Will not return. People just need to learn customer service as a whole. I don't care that you are not from here. You are here. And if you want to have a business here it would behoove you to practice basic parts of the language. When I walk in greet me not stare . You have a business so act accordingly. I will say one woman working toward the front spoke but all others working ..just blank stares. I highly recommend the level of intentionality here; it's truly top-notch. I visited for the first time today, and it’s a beautiful place to pamper yourself with a manicure 💅.
