The customer service at the alabaster store is a joke
Got waited on fast enough because it was middle of week day with no customers. But the tech really didn't want to spend any time with us. Just switching from one phone to another. Have been on At&t for many years with multiple phones. This switch was for my 12 year old. The tech wouldn't transfer the data after being asked to many times. He would only tell us to go home, download apps and do it ourselves. He clearly just wanted us to leave. I think he had better things to do than help a kid keep from losing his game data. The AT&T rep “Kelly” was very helpful and professional in assisting me with my purchase of a new iPhone. She was even able to save me a few $$ on my monthly service cost. No wait time even without an appointment.

I truly believe they didn’t even deserve one star! Went shortly before closing time and was told if I was to come to the store before 6 o’clock that I would be taken care of, but when it got to about 6:20 PM they decided to not service me. his name was either Terry or Jerry and he has poor customer Skills and should not be working in a field that involves talking for helping people.
We went Nov. 22, 2017. Had no problems. Great service!

This place is ridiculous, customer service absolutely terrible. On a Saturday they have 2 people working, when it should be at least 6 people working. They do not care about the customers. I've sat in here an hour and I'm still waiting on the list because why? Because there is 2 people working in this store.
Zachary M. is the best AT&T rep I have ever had work on my phone. He was so friendly and did everything he could to save my photos on my phone. His persistence and dedication to his job paid off and he was able to import all of my photos onto my new phone. If I have problems in the future I will definitely request Zachary to help with my AT&T needs.

Drake helped my dad and I switch back to AT&T with ease. He counseled us with how much the plans would cost so we could compare them, and he was very patient when my dad's new phone was taking a while to set up! Thank you, Drake and AT&T!!!
