Customer service was terrible. I literally just got off the phone with a representative and asked a question about an unlock code and his tone of voice and attitude was just wrong. I said thank you and was about to say something else and was cut off..he hung up on me just like that. I mean if you're having a bad day, you shouldn't bring that into work. Especially since I wasn't being rude or complicated. I don't blame at&t though.
This place gives false information, does not answer calls, horrible customer service, no knowledge in completing transactions, gives you the run around, their breaks and lunches are much more important than customer satisfaction. Management act like a deer in headlights. This place is all around terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! STAY FAR AWAY AND GO TO A TRUE AT&T STORE. THIS IS AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER WITH ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE AT ALL.
