I recently worked with Endira to handle an upgrade, and she made the entire process completely seamless. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and most importantly trustworthy from start to finish. We are new to AT&T, recently switched from T-Mobile. I am so pleased to have found this store with this staff. Especially Endira ! She was so patient with me and when I returned to resolve a mix up with the bill, she patiently helped me get it fixed. I cannot recommend her enough. Oh yeah, I'm also happy with AT&T's service too.
