Small location but great customer service from my experience. Was helped by Angel, he resolved my issue with my phone in matter of minutes. I look forward to going by for my next phone upgrade.
We are new to AT&T, recently switched from T-Mobile. I am so pleased to have found this store with this staff. Especially Endira ! She was so patient with me and when I returned to resolve a mix up with the bill, she patiently helped me get it fixed. I cannot recommend her enough. Oh yeah, I'm also happy with AT&T's service too.
My husband recently visited your location 3611 N Blackstone Ave in Fresno California. He went in to purchase a new phone. Despite being reassured by the store manager that the bill would only increase by $5 we found out afterwards that the bill was going to increase by at least $110. When he went back to have the store manager explain the additional charges the manager claimed that was the price they had discussed. The Manager Osvaldo (Ozzy) and staff are opportunistic, they bold faced lied to me about redefining my bill contract upgrades and made add ons I didnt approve so they can make a higher comission . This store is not a Att company Store its a a authorize dealer and according to Att coperate its is not the 1st time this has occurred. My montly went from 165 to 275 in one visit.
