We have had our phone service with AT&T for over ten years now. Every time I’ve ever had to deal with them on the phone it was always no less then an hour ordeal. Most of the time I spent half the time authorizing that I was on the account. I have been on the joined account with my partner since we started the plan. Had the best experience changing my service provider from TMobile to AT&T with Zachary. TMobile was a nightmare to work with and always gave me issues when it came to network and billing. Zachary was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process, helped me choose the perfect plan for my husband and I, and kept communication through the whole process and was very transparent on what needed to be done to accomplish a successful transfer.
