I had horrible customer service at the Garden’s Mall store, from the MANAGER Jesse. I have very rarely gone into a store and been spoken to or treated the way I was. My request was left unresolved. I have left a message with the WPB area manager and have not received a call back yet. We have had an account with multiple lines with AT&T since 2008. This is an example of a company that does not care AT ALL about customer service or even customer respect. Truly shocked at my experience in store.
