Ferdinand customer service was excellent. He went about and beyond to solve my problem with my cell phone. After visiting 7 att stores, Ferdinand was the customer service that fixed my problem. Thank you very much. Great employee please promote him.

Renato, the store manager is a gem, he represents AT&T in the most positive , caring and professional way. He is a fabulous listener and answered all our questions and concerns fully and carefully. He spent hours with us in the store and helped us to set up a series of new AT&T systems in our home.
