Owner has one guy manning the store. He was helpful but only after waiting about 45 minutes.
Jihad Elhosseiny was great! We came in to get my mom a new phone and he was so helpful and answered all of our questions!! It was a pleasure working with him! Thank you Jihad!
Unfortunately nothing was resolved. Can never get a real person on the phone, the staff in the store ask you to you contact customer service as have plenty of excuses to redirect you to call and not do their job.
