Unfortunately nothing was resolved. Can never get a real person on the phone, the staff in the store ask you to you contact customer service as have plenty of excuses to redirect you to call and not do their job.
Staff are courteous and professional. They were not able to complete what I needed but did give me in the correct direction. I appreciate their efforts.
Ferdinand customer service was excellent. He went about and beyond to solve my problem with my cell phone. After visiting 7 att stores, Ferdinand was the customer service that fixed my problem. Thank you very much. Great employee please promote him.
