If you want anything done correctly do not go here. Had to go back and forth 4 times because they kept messing up the order process which led to my account being stuck on pending for weeks. Terrible service and attitude in this store with nothing but pure laziness and lack of regard for any customer.
I recently visited this AT&T store and was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The product I purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value. Whatever you do ask for Nathan!!!
Came in end of last year for two new lines. Still fighting to get several extras removed from our bill that were added without consent. You will get schemed in this store, go elsewhere or go online.
Gary was VERY HELPFUL with assisting me with setting up a new plan, a new phone, and helping me where he could with transferring my data from my busted Iphone 8 plus. Kumani was also very helpful with assisting me save money by bundling my existing internet plan with my new line and offering guidance on what phone I could upgrade to & what the differences were. Gary & kumani need raises & promotions!! They both had excellent attitudes and showed amazing customer service.
