Some girl I had called there just hung up on me instead of trying to help me out she had no advice to give and said she had no way to help me. Basically saying it wasn’t her problem. Had I not called a different store I would be canceling my service because of her lack of knowledge for phone and unwillingness to help a customer out.
They need to let ppl know everything or have signs up for ppl that's not from that town. Customer Service really needs help with relations.

I was “quoted” a price for my bill... LIE my bill is way higher then I was told it would be in the store by the sales representative.
If I could give a rating of 0 stars I definitely would. I waited in the store to see about changing my plan and upgrading my phone after being told "We've got a bit of a wait but we're moving them through pretty quick cuz we've got an awesome team." That was an outright lie. I waited for TWO HOURS and still did not receive any help. The DMV has faster and better quality of customer service than this store.
Can't ever talk to anyone when I call the number, when someone does answer they're rude as fuck and don't answer my questions or help me!
