I have experienced excellent customer service from Keith. I actually can say that all the guys at this store were very nice and appreciated their customers, in all of my dealings with them. During my most recent visit, Keith is the associate who assisted me, he is very understanding and he respectfully took the time to make sure that care for my unique situation was handled appropriately.
The reps were kind, but AT&T gets an awful rating on their support. I called in with a request for help and they have no authority from the company to do anything outside of typical transactions. AT&T continues to remove authority from them to help their customers and we had to call the customer support line. 2 hours later, transferred between over 5 people, lots of waiting, disconnected, had to call back in, more transfers, answered a ton of questions, them sharing they could help me and find a solution to the problem - onl... read more
If customers walk in and see anything "new", ASK about it. I learned that AT&T now offers internet and now I'm waiting on my Air device to arrive in the mail. Oh how I'm hoping it does better than Service Electric, they absolutely suck!! Keith was very patient and was willing to repeat what he told me to my wife and sister who are also on our family plan about the other offers that were available. Was an excellent experience all the way around. Very satisfied. Thank you
