The majority of the ppl who work at this AT&T location are incompetent & rude. Horrible customer service ! Tommy completely screwed me over. Have been waiting months to get a complete refund. very condescending . Choose Verizon
Tommy E was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and had my new phone set up quickly.
Joey Ross was the best, he explained everything and helped me. Dawn is also very nice.
