Before entering the AT&T store I was very nervous about transferring my videos to my new phone due to the fact that the videos were of my later mother. Christian and his new trainee Noah was very understanding and treated my photos and videos as if they were theirs. I was so relieved when everything was turned over without incident. We did run into a little issue but Noah would now give up until he figured it out. Nothing but Thanks here!!

Yes, Bailey was wonderful, and has excellent knowledge. People were all over the place and it was just her. She handled the situation very professionally, very calmly. Explaining she would be with each person that came in as soon as possible. People were getting upset. You need more help. Going to the AT&T store is usually not a walk in and walk out! Bailey is a great asset to AT&T. You should be proud of her.

Bailey was phenomenal to work with. Very professional, nice, and genuinely friendly. She made my whole experience with getting a new cell phone and plan smooth and enjoyable.
