Although the people are friendly here yall need to do something about the kiosk working because when there is only 2 people working it takes forever to get waited on I stood here for 22 minutes waiting to pay a bill because the kiosk was not working again this month

Bailey is AMAZING! She was able to help us switch plans, combine plans, upgrade phones, and condense bills. Both for several mobile devices and internet! She went above and beyond to make sure she figured out the best way to make it work for us and was patient, kind, and had a good attitude the entire time! Bailey was also quick and efficient at helping with us. This five stars is specifically because of Bailey.
