Bailey was Super helpful, friendly, and made upgrading to my new phone quick and easy. Bailey explained all the features clearly, made sure I understood my plan, and even helped set up my phone before I left the store. Best customer service.
So I called AT&T’s 1-800 line after I switched to another carrier and I didn’t have my pin number to make sure my account was canceled so I didn’t get double bill from two different carriers. I was a loyal faithful Business account for over two years with no problems until now .They referred me to go to the store in Monaca PA. I went in the AT&T store on Monday, July 28th to add my son onto my account. Wednesday July 30th my friend rode with me as I went back to the store to inquire how much my monthly payment would be since I added my son to my account. Tom-E was the individual assisting me. I gave him my ID to scan to obtain my account information and He excused himself and went to the backroom of this business.
