Bailey is AMAZING! She was able to help us switch plans, combine plans, upgrade phones, and condense bills. Both for several mobile devices and internet! She went above and beyond to make sure she figured out the best way to make it work for us and was patient, kind, and had a good attitude the entire time! Bailey was also quick and efficient at helping with us. This five stars is specifically because of Bailey.

Bailey was Super helpful, friendly, and made upgrading to my new phone quick and easy. Bailey explained all the features clearly, made sure I understood my plan, and even helped set up my phone before I left the store. Best customer service.
So I called AT&T’s 1-800 line after I switched to another carrier and I didn’t have my pin number to make sure my account was canceled so I didn’t get double bill from two different carriers. I was a loyal faithful Business account for over two years with no problems until now .They referred me to go to the store in Monaca PA. I also called the store and talked to a young man that was helpful and he told me bring my drivers license up and they will make sure the account is closed the same thing. The one 800 line told me..
