You should go see Brandon at this store! He took the time to answer my questions and set me up with my new phone!! He’s an amazing representation of customer service!!
Was very poor service with no one trying to keep up with who is next and the worker just talking about they own life stories instead of get to all the ones that was waiting to get help the worst crew I have ever seen they need to be replace or better trained to do the job right . Help the customer and move on to next
I just want to say "THANK YOU" to Darius and Dallas at the store on West Main Street, Tupelo, Mississippi. They close at 7:00 o'clock pm and I get to the store just b-4 8:00 o'clock, doors are locked and I'm standing there holding my phone up in the air talking through the glass and Darius comes to the door and I tell him all I need is a cord bc a wire broke in my old one and my Momma is in a Nursing home and can't be without a phone and remember he's with a customer and Dallas who is helping her customer sells me the cord. ... read more
