One male employee is very rude, another employee had no clue what’s going on but made it very clear that her family has COVID-19 and when doing so the rude male employee just laughed about it. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
NEW SALESMEN WHO ARE TRUTHFUL AND KNOW THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE EMPLOYED. MY SALESMAN DID NOT WHAT SHE WAS SELLING...WAS NOT ENTIRELY TRUTHFUL.
When I went to get my phone they talked me into getting a second found for free I got the iPhone X now I am paying for both of them and I cannot get out of one of them
This location has always been my go to place for all my cell needs, tonight was the last visit for us thou....terrible customer service, seems they are all for you if your spending money (adding a line or upgrading etc) but if you have a return and even thou it’s their fault they still pretty much tell you “sorry it’s been over 14 days” I’m over the poor customer service but will be sure to let all our friends know to stay away from that location. This experience was terrible the lady didn't want me to use my insurance claim she thought I should just go buy a phone on eBay or upgrade which I didn't want to do so she ended up hitting the wrong button and locking us out of the system so what should of been a ten minute process ended up being over two hours I had to come back out then ended upwith a different person who even though was very friendly didn't bother to tell me I had to finish the claim by going online myself and completing it myself very frustrating next ti... read more
The service was excellent and person was very knowledgeable
What a bunch of lying crooks. I changed to at&t in hopes I can save money. But they held information from me that I needed to know even though I asked the first time and the second time. The customer service isn't very good either. I was switch to another number so I can get a discount and I was still waiting for someone to answer. I don't like Cable telephone service but it looks like I will be using it since it is so much cheaper. I only live on social security and I need to find ways to save money.
