Used to be good until they partnered with direct tv they sell it but can’t help you when they don’t deliver on the agreed plan. Bait and switch. Time to look at Verizon.
Tech didn't even know how to operate my Samsung phone. When I asked about upgrade options I was told my phone of choice was not a good quality phone and difficult to operate. The tech then recommended an IPhone that has I discovered has way too many features for my simple needs, plus it is twice as expensive as the Samsung I asked about first.
