RecommendedI recently moved to Florida, but was having a technical issue with a new phone and an older AT&T plan. I had been through 12 FL store associates/customer service associates/technical support associates over 4 days, who were unable to fix my problem. But, after calling Emily (with help from her manager, Rick), they were able to fix my problem in 5-10 minutes over the phone! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Emily & Rick in Cullman, AL!
Never go there they lie about what they sale. And when you go to the manger in the store they will not help you. I am very sorry but att sucks as of consumer sevrice rep and they promise you something and it never happens then you call them out on it and you get told another lie... I will not be telling people about att it is a store from hell

Four employees in the store helping customers. And two more floaters I guess . I guess a normal wait is two hours in the evening . Don’t know it’s enough to make me want to change service
AWFUL STORE!!!! ALL LIES JUST TO MAKE SALE!!! Lie straight to your face then make you out to be the bad guy after you have sit there for 3 or more hours because everyone is on lunch or break...March 2018 can not get here fast enough my contact ends with them!!!!
