Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. It should not take days to get my internet service back up and running after an outage or whatever the problem is. ESPECIALLY when I had to wait weeks to get it on after putting in a moving order. I’m sick of it. It worked 1.5 days and went out.

Having some problems with a new phone, they swapped it out no problem. They also hooked me up with a deal that the store I bought the phone from neglected to tell me about. Top notch customer service.
