Taylor the sales guy refused to help me since I bought my phone online. He literally said if you were my customer I would help you. He told me that I needed to call customer service (even though they sent me to the store) because he wasn’t ATT. His manager overheard him and offered to try to help me. She was very nice and helpful. I do typically buy from this store but they were out of the 12 pro. But after Taylor acted this way I will never purchase anything from that location again.

Every time we take part in a “promotion they have we always have to call and argue with them on the phone because they messed up our bill. Right now we are trying to fix something and we have not yelled or threatened anyone but they have the biggest man standing beside my husband like he’s guarding him for some reason?! Had to wait too long on curbside service even after the other two customers left. I had to go and stand in the doorway asking is anyone going to help me
My account was hacked, closing it down. Upon the first investigation, they simply credited the amount plus the additional I paid just to deep running. All seems well. Within one hour, it had breached again and gone again. They can get it from wherever to credit it, yet they tell me they are not able to see when that money, MY MONEY, sent. They can’t give me a phone number or a bank account number.
This place has the poorest customer service I have EVER encountered!!!! I have been with att for 20+ years and just purchased 2 iPhone X, one is not working. Instead of greeting me with how can I help you, I was told that I have a 2 hr wait and No you can not make appt, get txt etc, followed by Do you not know what today is??�� Really ATT&T, you have lost a long time customer and I promise I will do everything in my power to get Many more to SWiTCH !!!
AT&T @ Jasper Mall very friendly service in all always use them not corporate store as cross from Wal~ Mart.. they're rude!!
