Went in to add a line to my account using a phone we already had. Salesman told me I qualified for a promotion to get a free IPhone when adding a line. Got my bill and they were charging me for the phone. Att told me it was up to the store. The store REFUSED to honor the promotion they gave me.
Was super excited to go in and trade my iPhone 10 in for the 11Pro. I knew I had a balance on my 10 still and was more then happy to pay it off in order to upgrade. Well, “salesmen” Chad happily talked me out of it. He advised it would be better to wait until May when there is more color options. I advised I was not worried about color, but would like more GB of phone storage. I went in there this morning around 10 o’clock to get a new phone, I waited an hour and nothing happened. I was one of the first customers and I am very upset with them. Very poor service and horrible organization.
Literally have no idea what they are talking about better off spending your time on hold with someone who knows whats going on. 3 Rude employees, after 2 days in a row going in there for help. Got more accomplished on hold.
Their customer service / sales people will tell you anything to get the sale but like a cheap used car salesman - their word is no good and the manager there needs to learn customer service and management skills. Really disappointed in Chad at store, never thought he would be that way! I'll never go back to that store and I will cancel our services and tell as many people as I can may bad experience there!
Went to AT&T this morning in Washington we both upgraded Charles helped us he was very informative helped make some changes to our plan which actually cost less and was very beneficial thank you Charles for all your help
went in to buy a phone, an associate named Coty told me that all uverse customers would have to switch to directy tv because att bought them out. I told him to go ahead since I had to. I told him I would not pay anything for it but he told me I would get a rebate card to cover it. I did this all in November and here it is February and no rebate. they say I am not eligible. crooks all of them.
Had a very great experience today getting our bill lowered. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nathan did everything he could to help us get our bill situated. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks!
