We were just inside this facility, in jacksonville for 5 hours just to upgrade a phone. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff in my life. I will be switching providers as soon as I can. This company has been failing for years in my opinion and its time to go another route.

ATT store Del Mar ( Unethical Business Practices) Update today 1/19/20, no one has called me or attempted to resolve this, so today I will file with the FCC and better business bureau. I went to the AT&T store in Del Mar on Christmas Eve day to upgrade two of our phones for Christmas for my sons. I was stopped by one of those people at Sam's club in a blue shirt. I wish I had kept moving. ZACHARY F. proceeded to make me promises about the value of my phones that I would be trading in. I asked him repeatedly if he was SURE about the value and he kept assuring me that he was sure they would be worth this amount, all I had to do was complete the trade in form online and send the phones in. Only when the time came to do so I was told that my phone was worth less than half… See more

Roseanne, the manager, is everything but. She was extremely rude to the elderly man in front of us, and continued her little tirade with us. People deserve to be treated better. We recorded the conversation and sent it to corporate.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I went today, they told me they would put my name on the list and text me when it was my turn to go in to get a phone. Well, other people arrived after me and were going in and getting helped. I go to see what’s taking so long and they told me they removed my name off the list because they thought i left. I never received a message or anything about it being my turn they just took me off the list for no reason! Always something bad happens when i come here and I do not recommend it!
