I came in today to try to get my phone un-disabled or at least get help with it. The lady there VERY rudely told me she could do nothing for me and to call apple. She didn't even offer to plug my phone into their system there to try to help or get any kind of support. Would not recommend this store and will be complaining to corporate once I can get my phone fixed.

I like the at&t store in Moses lake every time I go in there there friendly and help me solve my issues help lower my bills direct tv aswell. But I learned it's easier to schedule am appointment instead of walk in.
