Poor, poor customer service. Female staff could not find our accounts in their system. She ask a male staff member to look. She then stared out the window chewing her gum like a cow chews its cud. He could not find our accounts. We wanted to return their Internet (in their box). They would not accept it. We ended up going home calling AT&T and got it handled. The staff at the store needs some major customer service training.
My husband and I recently upgraded my iPhone with the help of Tiara, and we had a great time doing so. Although the process was lengthy due to the data transfer, Tiara and her associate kept us in good spirits with entertaining stories and laughter.
I got a question about a phone, Will the Samsung A36 come out in this store the same day it is released?
The customer representative told me I could have done all of this online! What she (young lady) everyone can do things online!!! She needs a little extra training!
