They enforce the muzzle crap.
My husband went in to get a new sim card for are daughter's phone. Her phone keep saying sim not provisioned only for the rep Jonh Voyles to talke to him like a dog. We have been with AT&T for more then 12 years. He informed my husband it was are faulty the phone was not working. He also said he would fix it for free this time but next time we would be charged. wait time for a Sim card was 45 minutes
RecommendedMy parents and I were in the store last night to buy my Mom a new phone. Needless to say the phone had never been backed up and it took some time to get the phone to do so. The customer service we received from Mike Sherfy was beyond any that I had ever experienced. He was patient, respectful, informative, personable, funny and much more. Thank you to Mike and the entire staff. Wonderful experience!

I don't know about all the employees but some of the employees at this store lie to you than whenever you realize you've been lied to it's too late they won't do anything about it they protect their employees not the customers
