This place is awesome. Jessica and the team are so wonderful and easy to work with. They are all so knowledgeable and personable. I would never go anywhere else!!
This place is horrible, the customer service was garbage. I was in on 2/26/17 and was treated fairly poorly and no kindness. Didn't even get a response let alone polite or rude as I said thanks for the help that was less than limited. I now with be taking myself to another store in the area coming morning.
You know I don't usually put company's on blast. But that was crazy. One guy standing at the counter actually told one of the reps "yeah, we are both waiting" AT&T guy mumbled something. So I moved over all the while looking at him and he didn't give eye contact. I was like "Well!!!!" So I sat down more people came in they weren't acknowledged either.
