I don't recommend AT&T period. I realize people are working from home because of covid, but I have spent hours on the phone and at this store, and all I've gotten for my trouble is the run around. I figure we will be switching providers very soon.

The sales staff here is EXTREMELY dishonest. I went in to get information on their plans using my work discount. There were two sales reps that was confirming the information during their sales pitch. Based on the information given to me, I joined a plan and upgraded my phone. After I started receiving my bill, I found out that none of the information that they told me was accurate. Was in the store today for over and hour and not one person asked if I needed anything I guess my money is no good here.
