I came to this location at 4:30 on a Sunday third door and the website both say they’re open until 5 o’clock the lights are off the doors are locked up that is false advertisement. Even when they are open, the wait time is always ridiculous.

Avoid this store at all costs. They have questionable business practices. When we first entered the store, we were promptly greeted by an employee. He began assisting us, but after a couple of minutes, he walked away without saying anything and started helping other customers. After eventually returning—15 minutes later—we decided on a phone. He told me the monthly price, which was higher than advertised. When I asked him about the price, he said they were required to bundle protection with the phone but that I could remove ... read more

Robert lwas very nice and explained everything so I could understand. Although, he handled it very well. He was left on the floor by himself while the other employee was in training. It was busy at the time. I feel like no matter the circumstances that the whole store shouldn't depend on one person to handle everything. I would highly recommend him.
