Salesman working alone with several clients but he was very efficient and courteous
The team at AT&T was friendly, helpful, and doing their best in what seems like a challenging environment. Tyler was especially great to work with. Super knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. We really appreciated the excellent customer service.
Stephanie was GREAT and very pleasant but this store needs to have more than one person working. It is not Stephanie's fault that she is literally the only employee here when there were 10 customers waiting to be helped for hours. She was working as fast as she possibly could and hustling, there should be at least two employees working here.
Two employees in the store, sitting with one customer. I was the only other person in the store. After no acknowledgement of my presence, I left after 5 minutes.
Stephanie was very helpful in getting me a new phone in a quickly manner! Thanks!
