Slow service and phone help is the worse. I wasn't able to talk with any person only machines. When I went to the store you have to schedule an appointment. Waiting time was more than 30 minutes, I have to leave because I have more stuff do to. I'll try again tomorrow.
Every time I go into the AT & T at triangle mall I leave stress free **from my ph) and happy. Always a pleasant experience. They are quick to help and make feel I am in good hands.
This place sucks and so slow might wanna check ur bills palying to call now 911 now
Josh was awesome! Super helpful and got my problem solved in less then 10 minutes!! I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen too! Josh is the best!!!
