I had a very great visit with Anthony. He was very pleasant, answered all my questions. The store was busy and they got to everyone as soon as they could. Anthony to good care of me. Please thank Anthony he was very pleasant to to be the Associate to work with. I would definitely go to him again. I wish I could have restarted the questionnaire over for answering the first question wrong on the survey.
Let me just say, Imari is amazing! I was so overwhelmed by the whole upgrade process but she took her time and walked me through the it all. I'm anything but tech savvy but she explained everything so well and had incredible patience with me! You guys are lucky to have such a wonderful employee! Thank you again sweet girl! You are so appreciated!!
I am a new AT&T customer, having come from T-Mobile, moving 6 phones on a family plan to a similar plan w/ATT. I spent 2 hours on the phone with ATT and could not speak to a live person and couldn’t get the answers I needed, so have made three trips into my Longview WA ATT store. Each time I come in it has been busy, but takes 10-15 minutes before anyone notices and asks if I wanted to be added to the cue. The last time I came in was 9/25. I waited 1.5 hours to get help and could not wait any longer. One rep was visiting with his customers about football, another rep was just super slow and the other seemed to be training. The phone is less than a week old and won’t receive text and some calls.
