Wait is waaaaaay too long!!!
2 people helping customers with a store full of people while 1 worries about making sure merchandise is straight on the walls instead of helping with customers customers service is one of the worst of any At&t store i have been to
Long wait times
Wanted to cancel my service today. So I called the hotline. Ooof 3.5 hour wait time to speak to representative... I know! I'll just go to the store I bought my phone from and cancel in person. "We actually can't do that for you here, it HAS to be canceled over the phone". "I'm just the messenger". So their hands were tied. I'm stuck with a bill, and furthermore, what left me frustrated was how the gentleman had sort of a 'not my problem' attitude.
