I was in the Longiew Branch and had this wonderfully pleasant woman named Imani help me with my phone not working right. She made it a great experience. Her personality was off the charts. Patient and kind as well. Thanks Imani your great!

Imani is AMAZING!! We accidentally put in a 1 ln the survey. She is amazing, courteous and gave us a great experience on troubleshooting out device and service. Highly recommend this store and Imani 10/10.
Slow service and phone help is the worse. I wasn't able to talk with any person only machines. When I went to the store you have to schedule an appointment. Waiting time was more than 30 minutes, I have to leave because I have more stuff do to. I'll try again tomorrow.
