I've had problems with a new pixel 10 phone. I tried 2 stores in Portland and they couldn't help me. I tried the store in Longview and there is a very nice lady that helped me both times to fix my problems. She also showed me what the problem was and how to fix it. Great customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. AT&T took $300 from my bank account and then turned around and told me they have "no evidence" of the payment. Instead of taking a missing payment seriously and conducting a proper investigation, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. My bank confirmed the money left my account, but AT&T refused to take accountability or make any real effort to locate it. The result? My phone service was shut off while I was left fighting to recover money that disappeared into AT&T's bill... read more
Chris is a technical guru; assertive, friendly, knowledgeable in assistance adding new line, transferring of data to device and saving us $$$$ in unnecessary fees monthly. Please give this human a raise and promotion!!
