Severely disappointed in this little shop. The assistant manager (I had to check around and was even more upset to see she wasn't just a secretary) was posted to check people in, and she ignores everyone for a minute or five like the big chain restaurants. I was #2 and it took 35 minutes of ignoring me when I approached and asked about a simple return. Turns out it was something she could have handled without the wait... don’t shop here. YOU are not helpful customer service stinks,
Once again I will have to go to another AT&T store in another town in order to find someone who is actually willing to assist. This is the third time the Jonesboro location has told me they couldn't do something that I've had done at three other stores.
I had great service and highly recommend AT&T. They have everything you need and more.
We purchased a new IPhone 6 plus for my mother in-law because she cannot see her old phone. We took the new phone to this location and had her contacts and photos transferred from her old iPhone and purchased an otter box to protect the phone. After a representative named Shane finished with the new iPhone 6 plus, it wouldn't even come on. When it did finally come on, there was only a blue screen. I ordered service for my company. I was told they would be there Friday to set up my internet. Well nobody called or showed up and we cannot work without internet and when we cannot work we are losing money. I am seriously thinking about going to Verizon to get an air card since I cannot seem to count on AT&T.
Don't buy a HTC phone through AT&T (or anywhere).....they sent an update which goofed up Jon's phone.......HTC was going to charge Jon for fixing "their mistake!" And.....AT&T would not call or help us.....even though it was sent over their lines and the two companies walk hand in hand.......gives me the impression they could care less about "individual" customers......go Verizon if need be......I've heard they care.
