Go to the Oshkosh store. They're much more professional. Guy walks out from the back chewing on a candy bar, looks at me and walks Io the back room again. Never said a word. just looks at me. This is the store on WI Ave. the other guy tried to scam me. Fed me a total bs story. Both acted like I wasn't even there. worst customer service!
Eliminate intro pricing. Stop screwing me over after my contract expires. Stop treating UVerse and DirecTV like competitors. Improve customer service by a significant amount.
Tried to go to at&t to see if I could upgrade my phone. Since the deal was buy one get one free when we signed up with them in January (I got the free phone) I wasn't aware that in order to get a new phone I had to pay off the FREE phone or wait 24 more months on top of the 5 months we already had the phone. What kind of scam is that. Not happy at all. As soon as we can we are going with a different cell company. Probably Verizon.
Don't expect any assistance other than signing up for a contract/service and then being told to call AT&T to only receive incompetent service and extra headaches, because they can't help you! We cancelled our service at the end of our contract and have received even higher bills and going into the office or calling makes absolutely no difference. How do you get billed for a service you no longer have??? Never again!
Very disappointed at Tasha, who told us told us that our bill will be almost the same as our old carrier. TURNS out that the last two to three months it triples!!! Paying about almost $400!!! The same amount as my car payment!!!
Excellent experience. Tasha was extremely helpful, listened to what we wanted and made it happen. She is very knowledgeable. Job well done.
Very dissatisfied with the Customer Service received from Ben twice in the last week. Never met a salesman who didn't smile and try to sell me a product. Felt like I was talking him into selling to me.
