I have never experienced worse customer service than at this location. Tiara (or something with a T) I believe is her name was extreme rude. Instead of helping us through our problem and understanding our frustration she was very sarcastic and she basically told us to have fun over paying somewhere else for tv. I was taken back by her attitude and would never recommend her service to anyone. I will happily take my business elsewhere!

Purchased a new phone and accessories yesterday. Phone worked for an hour and asked for updates. Updates froze the phone for an hour and a half. The phone is still froze and AT and T can't fix it. Not their problem, they just sell them. Bad customer service, very disappointing.
They tell a person that their service will not be interrupted and it gets turned off. I will be looking for a new TV service. You can keep your direct TV. It has been horrible since at and t took over.
