Pay the offers you promise new customers! I didn't get the gift card from Directv or the one from ATT that I was promised!
Unfortunately, I get so many dropped calls that it makes it very difficult to talk to my family and friends. I am disappointed and frustrated. I have been waiting for my service to get better because it hasn't always been this way, but it has not improved.

I have called and complained. I have downloaded the mark the spot app. Instead of improving, it just keeps getting worse.
Used to love it and now I'm starting to HATE IT! Paid the bill just to not even be able to use my phone! Might have to take my service elsewhere!
Awful awful service! Paying over $200 a month and cannot even call out most days or receive calls! ATT is the only service that use to work! We should be able to use our phone for what we are charged monthly! Called ATT and got the run around and "I'm so sorry your dissatisfied ��."
Dropped calls…never more than 1 bar, calls fade in and out. Ridiculous!
