Edna & her staff are so phenomenal!
I had a terrible experience today with the AT&T customer service line but Kendal swooped in and saved the day!! After going back and forth with the customer service reps on the phone for a span of 2 hours and being extremely frustrated Kendal stepped up and literally saved the day!! He turned a crappy day into a successful one and had my daughters and myself out the door with three new phones and smiles on our faces!! He truly is the example of excellent customer service.
Was an easy and great experience. Definitely the place to go for a cell phone in Jackson, Wyoming!!
Travis helped me switch from Verizon to At &T. He was very helpful and made sure I got the best deals. He helped me bundle and save and took the time to explain and break everything down. Highly recommend going to work with Travis!!
