I walked in and was greeted right away. Waited less than 2 minutes to be helped. Transferred my numbers over easy peasy! There was great communication during and afterwards. Thanks!
A customer service rep at this particular location, after I brought a used phone in to activate, told me I was in possession of a stolen phone, that I ought to surrender it to the police or they would have to make that happen, as if I’d stolen it. I obviously surrendered the device to the local PD where I’d bought said device. Now months later, turns out, the seller got back to me apologetically, it was an issue of a forgotten “Find My” activation lock on their end and never a stolen phone.
