Worst customer service, spent hours there to be told they couldnt do anything, nobody wants to do their job, called customer service and they fixed my problem within 5 minutes, your time does not matter to these people whatsoever, they all play possum and give you attitude like you are a huge inconvenience to them. Not recommended, call customer service and buy your phones online.
I just went to go have my phone checked out. My internet has consistently dropped for months now, haven't been able to make any calls. Just because my phone has some damage on the corners from a few small drops, Matt refused to help me troubleshoot. He didn't offer any ideas, help, or resources. He said my only option was an insurance claim or a new phone. Thankfully, there is plenty of locations.
