We have received excellent customer service from Susan and all of her crew! No matter what the problem (from little phone issues to billing questions) they go above and beyond to straighten things out.
They don't tell you about activation charges. HORRIBLE!!! I will be visiting soon so they can fix their Huge mess up on my bill.
Lied to about billing and AT&T credits and now trying to get it straightened out and just get a run around! Got our phones January 1st and it's still not right and still getting the run around! Terrible customer service! Would never recommend AT&T! I will definitely go back to Verizon or a different provider as soon as possible!
