I went to change service from t-mobile to att. The employees were quick to help and the process of getting my number changed over to att business was seamless. My service was always cutting out in specific areas with t mobile. My service is more reliable. Highly recommend

After 3 hrs of shopping at other at&t offical stores and even Best buy, I couldnt get a new phone without waiting 3 days for to arrive. I get that they do t always keep what you want in stock, so just happened to stop in the Shepherdsville branch before ordering I nline and got a Even better discount. Jordan was excellent with what I wanted and explaining the discounts to me, so Kidos Jordan for being gso acknowledge!
