Very rude and just in a hurry to get you out of the store.
stop lieing to customers just to get them to sign up. I was made to believe that I was getting a great deal, then my bill is twice what I was told it would be. customer service is useless. so att is a bunch of lieing useless people
I can't say much about the phone service but I can speak about their internet. It has been terrible since we got it. I honestly don't know why we continue to pay for it seeing as we only have service 40% of the time and when it is on.. it's slow as hell.. We've called them several times and they'll send someone out but never really fixes the issue.. or if it does.. it fixes it for a couple days then goes back worse than before.. No one else offers service where I live (which isn't too terribly far out) other than Dish which ... read more
I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau today. I can't believe I had to shut my bank account down because you crooks kept hitting my account. I will NEVER do business with AT&T again...EVER. A word to the wise- never give these people your bank account information.
