This is an updated review. We decided to give the store a second chance and we’re very disappointed. Currently there is a promotion going on offering up to $800 towards a Samsung galaxy trade in. The managers guaranteed me I would get $800, however when I brought in the device, they gave me a trade in contract valuing the phone at $20. Wanted to upgrade my iPhone 7. Wasn't familiar with the latest versions so I wanted some information. The salesgirl Tania M was terrible. No phones were displayed she said because of COVID. She said everything's the same on the phones except the camera was better but couldn't tell me why. I asked what the difference was between the 11 & 12, she said the same thing... nothing but the camera. So I took the 11. I will tell you about my experience at this store. I recently lost my phone driver license, so went to pay my bill and make changes to my account. Tania, I believe it was her name, the store salesperson would not help me and refused to even read my passport information to identify myself, telling me it was expired!!! until I noted with my finger that it wasn't, and showed her the expiration date. AT&T cellular was founded by rosemaries baby. The devil. The absolute worst
Paul and Luis were amazing and very personable. I messed up my order online and they were gracious and took their time with me. I left feeling like family. This was the best I've ever been treated regarding wireless service. I feel blessed to be apart of the AT&T family.
Seems to me they only want to sell me a new phone -the offered NO other help or alternative - i said ‘ but i could switch carriers - correct ‘ and they said that was an option . I went to APPLE - they not only HAPPILY helped me - they got me to buy $50 of accessories . Not happy with u ATT - the customer comes first - no matter what movie studio u buy- u would not have Been able to buy it without us !!!
