This store on coffee has always been a pain in my butt. Never good experiences there. We called and they said they weren't doing appointments (which was partially a lie we found out later) we waited almost 2 hours outside thanks to COVID for associates to refuse to help us. we wanted to change the account and get a new phone for my husband. Even though I had my ID, my husband only had the temporary copy from the DMV. they said they could not help us with his ID even though we are both on the account. The young male employee with braces helped my husband and I. We STATED we were there for pricing. He got out random otter boxes, phones and other accessories. That's fine. HOWEVER, when we said we were going to have lunch and come back later, he said, IN AN EXTREMELY RUDE MANNER, What?? U made me get all these phones for you, whatever, have a nice day. The supervisor/manger JOSIE is the rudest customer service person I have come across at att. Go to Ming or the one on truxton. She needs to be fired!
