Terrible customer service. Took 45 mins to make a payment. (Only stayed because ii didnt have a cc and if i didnt pay today i would have gotten cut off. )
I've experienced deplorable service, billing errors, less speed than advertised, and broken "account credit" promises from the time we've started with AT&T I am currently speaking to an attorney who is looking into a possible class action lawsuit. Please PM me your story.
The worst service I've had in my life, can't upgrade to improve my service. Half of the time it's dropping to very low speeds, just horrible. Won't ever use their services ever again, or products.
If you are looking into buying a phone/service don't go to AT&T. They will sell you insurance but then when you go into the store they will refuse to help you make a claim. They state they are a separate entity even though you pay for the insurance as part of your monthly AT&T bill. The manager named Alex was very rude and dismissive to our concerns and need for help.
