Jose Farfan, Jose Marcelleno, and Nick Pachinger gave the best service I have ever received. Jamison was the manager and he was very kind and knowledgeable.
AT&T sucks 100%. Their website is broken. Their in store agents are terrible. They do more damage than good. Their online reps are a joke. The company as a whole is useless. Horrible service.
A phone company who doesn't pick up their phone.
waited for about 2 hours and an hour and a half in was taken off the kiosk line and had to call the store 4 times while being in here until upper management picked up the phone from another location and i was able to tell him what was going on while trying not to be rude or yell at him for how frustrating this whole experience has been. not over yet btw i was put back in line and still have not been helped yet. don’t waste your time going to this location it’s the most poorly managed store i think ive ever seen in my life. t... read more
