RecommendedSo glad I was able to switch back to at&t from sprint today. Dom at the Lancaster location was a genius in handling my situation today, and I’m great full for his patience and hard work in getting me switched with two new devices for my wife and I, definitely recommend!
This was the first time I used this store. Nicole Martinez approached me and was very friendly and helpful. I came in to pay my Dtv bill and she got my bill lowered for me. I will always come back and ask for her!
Iv been waiting 20 minutes these people are so rude that not 1 of the 3 employees working can even look up and acknowledge me along with the 5 other people waiting this is bs
I will not be using AT&T ever again after my plan is over. We were told one price for our bill, and we have it in writing and are now being charged $20 extra a month. We went in to discuss with them at the store and they were unwilling to honor what they told us. Very disappointing and frustrating.
Quick and painless. Had an appt set showed up a little early and they didn't make me wait until the set time. Always nice and friendly staff. They make you feel good going in there unlike other carrier stores.
