I just transferred from Verizon and I am still trying to understand the billing. I have a shared data plan and both of my son's have exceeded their share of data. To control the data and the cost, the ATT app allows me turn off their data, however it disallows each of them to use imessage and to send pictures due to the fact that it transfers data.
