I had a fabulous experience there with Melissa. She wasn't all sales orientated and just explained all my options in detail. I usually have to tell people who work in retail not to try to sell me on anything. It was a pleasure to have had a person in sales treat me as a person and not a dollar sign
Worst customer service experience. Lie cheat and deceive
Absolutely terrible service!!......we have to talk to SO many representatives, they all tell us different stories and still don't sort the problem out! They don't have our best interest at heart. And a person has to spend so long on the phone sorting out stuff, like we haven't got other things to do !
