Customer service sucks no help
Don't eliminate my channels especially Comedy Central and TVLAND I pay for all my channels. If we can't get choices how can you especially as some of yours are gender specific, racist and politically based. I am going to encourage others to take a certain percentage off our bills for every show/channel you drop or maybe should I drop some package and go for streaming. Remember also first amendment right for customers who write you and give you requested suggestions. You know my email you got my picture.
I am consistently disappointed in service and support. Today I was on the phone for 2.5 hrs and kept getting transferred this does not count the 45 min online on chat your service SUCKS
Went to upgrade a phone. Found the phone, they transferred info from old to new, set up the new one, no issues. I have to say though, the accessories are quite pricey, without any military or Government discounts.
If anyone is looking for a new wireless carrier do not go to AT&T they have the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Disloyal, rude, discussing. Unlawful business practice they constantly give false information customer agent make false statements and lead u to believe ur receiving a good deal. Multi billion dollar company getting us for every little penny, money hungry pigs!
Why do have to run the stupid commercial with the actor screaming. It isn't even close to funny
