Sat here for 41 minutes and there was 1 employee helping the other customer in the store and no one else to even get me started on upgrading my phone. Wasted over an hour between driving here and sitting and waiting.
The folks at this AT&T store SAVED THE DAY when I got a new phone yesterday and then the network wouldn’t activate the ESIM for about 24 hours. they were professional, kind, and knew exactly what to do when other AT&T stores didn’t. Also did it with style when I was an anxious mess and about to be on a remote job site where my phone was essential to my work. Couldn’t have gone better and I am SO grateful for the excellent service.

Extremely rude and disrespectful employee at the store. Made zero effort to help and was abusive towards me. I would never shop this location again.
In early August I visited the store and exchanged my I phone 10 with a samsong z phone great service so far after a few days I decided to go back to I phone, I went back to the store and ordered an I phone 14, q few days later I received a text from the store that my I phone is there.
