ATT inadvertently disconnected my internet services at 8:40 AM on 6/6/20 while connecting service to a new neighbor. Then they make it nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone to get help. Now have to wait til Monday at the earliest to get a tech out to address an issue that caused by ATT in the first place. Unacceptable.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED......... Called for simple transfer of billing and 15 days later and over 6 hours of lost time on hold - no returned - hang up and total disrespect the transfer of billing has still not been completed... Some of the rudest managers I have had to deal with lately in any business. I would recommend ATT for anything - chose a different provider guaranteed you will have nothing but problems. Dont walk to one of the other providers RUN........
