Do not do service with U-VERSE. A 49yr old Veteran I have filed a BBB complaint on AT&T U-Verse for "Bait and Switch" over the phone policies. Called about internet then up-sold on an agreed price on Fiber internet and U-300. Either it was a lie or a falsely pushed mistake by the company, they will not honor their own recorded contracts and will require you to pay an early termination if you bail out of a contract you did not agree to after your first bill arrives!!!
RecommendedIt's normally really busy at this location, but having been doing business with them from the day they opened, I will admit that although frustrating as it may be, everyone tries their best to get each customer in/out satisfied. Need an expert, I always go to Travis. Can't lose there...🐊
Good and fast service Would use them again and anytime
We have a business account here moved all of our personal lines because we got an offer of $185 for us all. We should have known it was one different story after another. We bought phones even on an accessory we got offered we never got told it would be an additional line. So many problems, so many lies, constantly wasting our time calling or going in person to discuss the same issue that never gets resolved. Customer service at this location is the worse!

This is without doubt the most crooked company I have ever dealt with, me and the wife signed up for a joint account that we were told would cost us approx $160 a month, a little more than we were paying at Verizon, but we were getting more, since then we have been charged $290 a month, my wife has called 4 times, the first 3, they said they would fix it, the last one they said there was no such plan and we had to pay the $290.
